Our Patient Department in any hospital is considered to be Window of the hospital.
There are various problems faced by the patient in out-patient department like overcrowding, delay in consultation, lack of proper guidance etc. that leads to patient dissatisfaction, Now a days the patient are looking for hassle free and quick services in this fast growing busy world, Keeping in view this scenario we are very much attentive to our patient in the OPD for better services.
It is a tertiary level referral hospital with major specialties like Neurology, Neurosurgery, Spine surgery, Trauma care unit, The hospital is 100 bedded having three operation theater including 2 modular OT complexes and ICU complexes with 22 bedded well equipped & updated with latest ad Vance technology lifesaving instruments.
About 300 patient get registered as IP (indoor patient) per month. We are giving utmost satisfactory services as compare to higher corporate group of hospitals but at a minimal cost keeping in view that patient with law socioeconomic status also able to get higher standard treatment at low budget.
In order to improve the satisfaction level of patient, suggestion of the patient was taken up and the steps taken accordingly to improve the quality of service.
